XXR 002 16x8 et0 Refurb Complete!

Its been a while now! but perfection takes time….

So over the past month I have repollished the dish’s, got shot of any nasty scuffs and painted the studs and centre caps FLORESCENT PINK (if you hadnt noticed!)

Personally I think it works great, I must admit that all the other 002 owners were starting to annoy me some what so this sets me far away from the norm. Obviously, some people will think I’m crazy and perhaps a lil camp…? well I’m not camp in anyway and as for crazy well if I said I wasnt you wouldnt believe me anyway XD.

Its allways good to be a little different…

Roadster Update!!

OOOOOOOOOK, so your prolly wondering whats up with the Roadster at the moment? I dont blame you because I’ve kept real quiet about things over the last 2 months or so…. since this blog was created actually but unfortunatly I’m still not going to give too much away. ^__^
What I will tell you is that, the XXR’s have been fully refurbished (keeping the pollished lip) and hopefully will be put back on this week or next depending on how the ghetto fender flaring goes… yes i still havent done all four arches :/
I’m getting down to the workshop tomorrow the add final detailing to the wheels which, is also a very cheeky surprise which will either go horribly wrong or be soooooo FFTW… (F**KING FOR THE WIN!) and should set me aside from all the other XXR 002 owners out there.

So thats got you thinking right? So finnaly I can give the Roadster that all important complete valet ready for Japfest ‘10. It doesnt just stop at the wheels though… hell no! I’ve got some other crazy tricks up my sleeve too!

Sadly, for financial reasons, nothing is being done engine or performance wise for a good while yet. You know me though, I always have crazy ideas rattling around in my petrol head.

Lastly, I’m sorry that this post doesnt come equipped with any photography but check back later as I will definatly be posting pics of the re-modeled wheels.
And I also promise that this blog will me kept more up to date in the nearer future, now that mo’ shitz happnin!

So its gonna be a while until Japfest rolls around or anything exciting with the Roadster so i thought id post a vid to wet your appetite.
No, you’d be wrong if you thought this was filmed in a classic Japanese setting, its in actual fact an Asda car park in Milton Keynes in the UK.

It shows off some great spec s-chassis models and also a pretty dope FC RX-7, the sorta stuff i woulda loved to of shot.

Japfest 2010 (UK)

Wuudddupp!

So by now you’ve all heard about Japfest events… If not, where the hell have you been? Anyway, the 2010 event is approaching fast! Whether you’re into tuner, drift, grip, time attack, drag, rally, nostalgic icons or just the women theres somthing for everyone! its being held over the weekend of the 15th and 16th of may at the Castle Combe Circuit and Blu-Pr!nt Photography will be covering for JDY Motorsport as always so if you see me or Fr3n2y (aka Mel Parker) about please come up and show love, its always nice to meet fans of JDY Motorsport.

Which reminds me, I’d like to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my bruh Mel Parker who turned 28 last Thursday, we had a WKD party!

REV LIMITER (non fuel cut)

This is me filming the flaming exhausts from Mel Parkers (fr3n2y) charged roadster.

The limiter is set at around 5000 RPM so we could get some real carnage flying out the rear end…

FURTHER PROBLEMS!!! As you can see from the picture, the converter sample program has left a huge watermark on all 200 pictures. I will have to purchase the full version which obviously means that it will take a little while longer before the pictures can be posted. Really sorry about all the waiting on the shots, I am trying to fix the problems now. Thanks every one

Apologeeezz!

seems my camera decided to convert all the Rallye SunSeeker photos into NEF format so im gonna have to sort out somthing to convert them into JPEG.

Sorry for the waiting…

Should all be sorted by next week.
